I received the following account:
"Hello. So, one night recently, it was raining HEAVILY in my area and I mean it’s just pouring water out the sky, it’s raining so hard that anybody even walking for 2 seconds would absolutely be soaking wet. It was 12 am and I was about to go to sleep when I felt the sudden urge to look outside my window down below and I saw this very old man with a beard just standing in the rain by himself. I felt worried about him because I thought maybe he was having trouble but he was standing dead still just staring forward, so I immediately thought let me go down and ask him if he needed help. I’m not even thinking it’s paranormal at all.
So, before I even go down, I say let me take a picture of him just in case maybe he’s sketchy maybe it might help in case police or ambulance need it to help him out if he’s like delirious or walked out of a nursing home. So I take out my phone and open the camera app. BTW, I’m not on any drugs either.
I aim the camera at him, and as I go to press the capture button below, I press it the picture-snapping sound clicks on my phone, and my screen flashes as it does any other time when I take ANY single other pic as I have millions of times before.

It’s like whatever it was didn’t want me to take a picture and prevented my phone's electronics from ever saving that pic. I’m not schizophrenic and a great way to tell if it’s a hallucination is to take out a camera phone and point it at your hallucination and if it doesn’t show up on the camera it’s a hallucination and guess what? He was on the camera the whole time.
To this very day, I have no idea what it was but that was cool. Whatever it was didn’t want me snapping a photo now I wish I went down and interacted I like paranormal stuff." P
