This entity was caught on video on January 2015 in Salford, Greater Manchester, UK. The eyewitness states that they believe that it was an alien being. At the time, the pale crawler phenomenon was fairly new. The being is too tall and skinny to be a regular person.
The eyewitness later said that the skin appeared wet, like a snake's skin.
