Daily 2 Cents: Little 'Something' Ran Around My Bed -- UFO Dashes Across the Kentucky Sky -- Entity Appears in Selfie Photo

Little 'Something' Ran Around My Bed

Tammy in St. Petersburg, Florida called in to tell of her bizarre sighting:

“Several years ago I was just waking up in the morning and I saw a small human form walking around my bed. It was sort of playing around my bed. A little person. And I started to open my eyes and it seemed to be like a, I don't know, maybe this is just my perception – it looked sort of reddish-blue or something. And when I saw it, it was surprised that I had seen it. It was startled and then it ran... it was shocked and then it ran around my dresser and disappeared. I was sort of shocked, you know, and then, I didn't know what to think of it.

At the time I had never heard of shadow people so I didn't have no idea what it was. I was living in Virginia Beach, Virginia at the time. That's where I'm from and you know the Cayce Foundation? And so I asked a few people and most people seem to think that I had seen some kind of demon.”

UFO Dashes Across the Kentucky Sky

Louisville, KY - 2016-04-09 - 6:56AM: 1.) Me and "G" (girlfriend) got home around 6:00 a.m, parked in my yard just off the street facing North, decided to stay in the car and watch the sun come up.

Watching sunsets and sunrises was like our favorite bond.

Fascinated with the sky, I pulled up the Snapchat app on my phone and began making short clips *snapchat only records 1-10sec videos*.

For every 20 videos I made, I would save maybe just 1. I wanted that perfect video of the sky. So I'd keep recording until the 10 seconds was up, and almost immediately delete it and start a new one.

This is how I caught it on camera.

2.) In the video, the way it come across the camera, is the same way I saw it with my own eyes. It just came across my vision and I watched it until I couldn't see it no more.

3.) I immediately thought that it was unusual and assumed it to be unidentified.

4.) Looks like a Angel of Darkness. Solid black.
When it first comes in I see what look like wings closing after being flopped.
It looks as if its rotating, like how you would twirl a pencil.
It looks like its faster than any plane ever.
As it makes its way across the camera it drops low, turns and goes into a swirling portal like cloud.

5.) I felt something kinda like my heart sank into my stomach the second right before I saw it. it was only visible for a split 3/4 seconds.. and I was just so amazed after. I was excited that I may have caught something extraterrestrial. - MUFON CMS

Beautiful...But Deadly

NOTE: They don't call them 'thumb splitters' for nothing. I got nailed by one of these little monsters (only 1 inch long) while moving coral in my marine reef tank. My finger hurt for over a week. Lon

The mantis shrimp is an interesting creature: It flaunts a whole rainbow of colors, has some of the best working eyes in the animal kingdom, and ruthlessly kills its prey with extreme precision and power. There are over 550 species of the ocean dweller, but of those hundreds, the formidable crustaceans have just two primary methods for maiming their prey: smashing or spearing.

As PBS's Deep Look series explains in the video above, smashers have a strong club, which they use to literally punch animals to death (or bust open a shell). Their tiny boxing glove moves through the water at 50 mph—faster than a .22-caliber bullet. These clobberers also have a simple spear that's sharp enough to jab their enemies in turf battles, but pro spearers have an advanced harpoon with a serrated blade. They hide in the sand and wait for an unsuspecting fish to pass by so they can leap out and attack before dragging the unsuspecting animal to its death. Yikes.

The mantis shrimp combines this pure power with an incredible sense of sight. While humans have two pupils and three color receptors, the mantis shrimp has six pseudopupils and 12 receptors to better destroy their enemies. As the video explains, "Mantis shrimp can perceive the most elusive attribute of light from the human standpoint: polarization. Polarization refers to the angle that light travels through space. Though it’s invisible to the human eye, many animals see this quality of light, especially underwater."

This skill is great for more than just killing dinner: The special vision lets mantis shrimp communicate with each other and stake out territory. Scientists have even borrowed this technique to find injuries and even cancer with polarized light. Just another example of how Mother Nature can be both beautiful and terrifying. Entity Appears in Selfie Photo

It was just a normal day for Melissa Kurtz, 48, who was driving on a highway in the Maitland area of Florida, near Orlando, to take her 13-year-old daughter, Harper, to a beauty pageant. Harper wasn't wearing a seat belt, which was normal for her, and taking selfies to pass the time.

It wasn't until a month later that this normal day turned into something quite abnormal. Kurtz was looking through the pictures on her camera and spotted a selfie Harper had taken in the car, which had a boy in the background – a boy who wasn't in the car the day the picture was taken.

Kurtz decided to do some research on the road they were driving on that day and discovered that there had been an accident on that same road and the day her and Harper were driving on it happened to be the anniversary of the death that occurred because of it.

"Where the picture was taken there was an automobile accident one year ago exactly. When I looked into it, someone had been medevacked away in a helicopter. However they would not tell me any specific details when I enquired, which leads me to believe that it was a child, as that might be why they couldn't provide the information," Kurtz told the Daily Mail.
