Daily 2 Cents: Hunt Begins For 8 Ft. 'Werewolf' -- 2 1/2 Hour Lost Time Event Recorded -- Murdered Baby May Have Haunted House

Hunt Begins For 8 Ft. 'Werewolf'

Hull residents have reported several sightings of a "half-human, half-dog" beast roaming wild in the woods, reportedly around 8-feet-tall. It was reportedly sighted running on two legs and then on all fours around the Barmston Drain, a man-made channel near the town of Beverley.

A woman who claimed to have spotted the mysterious beast in December told the Express: "It was stood upright one moment. The next it was down on all fours running like a dog. I was terrified. It vaulted 30ft over to the other side and vanished up the embankment and over a wall into some allotments."

There were reports of seven separate sightings of the creature. Residents have decided to organise a hunt on the nextfull moon to try film and catch the beast.

Local Labour councillor Steve Wilson has said he is taking the sightings seriously. He told the Express: "I am happy to keep a diary of sightings by people around here and report them to Hull Council."

The idea of werewolves became more popular in Europe during the witch trails, where people thought witches could transform themselves into animals. The full moon being the cause of transformation only became a popular part of the werewolf myth in the 20th century.

The myth of 'Old Stinker', the beast of Yorkshire has fuelled belief that the sightings are real. While it was known that wolves used to dig up corpses in graveyards in the Yorkshire Wolds, close to Barmston Drain, from this was born the legend of Old Stinker, a werewolf with red eyes and bad breath which was thought to have stalked the area hundreds of years ago.

Charles Christian, author of A Travel Guide To Yorkshire's Weird Wolds, told The Sun that the region is renowned for sightings of wolf-like creatures. "The Yorkshire Wolds was actually one of the last parts of England to have wild wolves," he explained.

"Old Stinker was said to be operating on the other side of them but it would be no distance at all for a large animal to get to Hull. When you get multiple sightings combined with a tradition of stories going back centuries it is hard to ignore the possibility something might be there," Christian said.- Legend of Old Stinker: Hull residents report multiple sightings of '8-foot tall werewolf'

2 1/2 Hour Lost Time Event Recorded

Millersville, TB - April 19 2016: I was working in the shop separate from the house of a distance of 100 foot. I had begun working about 3 pm that day until almost midnight when for unknown reasons I was drawn to the side door. (Cell phone was recording from a previous video I made of the shop. The phone was set down on a cluttered work table along with my firearm.) I felt as if I was in a fog. I then woke up on my back on the drive way to my house absent my cell phone and firearm 3 hrs later with my keys separated into both hands and the neck of my jacket pulled down to my elbows limiting my movement. Seeing the stars and the outside garage light I knew where I was and alarmed yet could not understand how I got there and why I was on my back side. I used my keys to get in the house and noticed light coming from my elderly mothers room and surprised she was awake but groggy with my Pitt Bull in bed with her. I immediately asked her what time it was and she replied 3:20 am and she asked where my phone was (I didn't know) and then asked where my side arm was (again I didn't know)

At this point I think I freaked out a little and threw my keys from a loss of words and then began to tell her 'its here it got me its evil and it did something to me.' I've lost three hours and that my Aunt who had just passed away was right. After regaining some composure we both went into the garage where she covered me with her side arm from the garage door so that I could retrieve mine. Barn lights were off, door was unlocked, fire arm and cell phone recovered yet battery was depleted. Once back inside we took pictures of my back my head and my arm because it hurt to the bone when touching the skin. I had multiple red dots almost the size of a penny on my upper scalp and strange markings on my back. Mother had the shape of Orion's belt and another dot on the back of her right arm.

The next day I charged my phone and noticed I had 2 hours and 29 minute blacked out video including human and non human language as well as sounds of me fighting with something verbally with responses. You can also clearly hear my dog deeply barking from inside mother's room yet she does not remember any of it and can't believe she slept through the helicopters that had been circling as well as some ungodly loud deep pulsating hum descend and then ascend twice. We have boot prints high on the door of the shop and very strange huge boot prints in the gravel as well as very small feminine prints in front of the shop.

I myself am a military trained combat vet as well as the rest of the males I descend from. I have three hours of missing time and a 2.5 hour recording of some of what happened to me.

Someone needs to contact me from your organization with the cell phone number provided I will submit the audio/video and the photos to help me get more answers as something was clearly done without my consent. If it had not been for the recording I would have not known other people and other nonhuman entities were performing a procedure on me. My identity needs to remain anonymous as this was a joint operation not just a close encounter. thank you. JC- MUFON CMS

NOTE: Lets hope MUFON properly follows through with this report. Lon

Wicked Lightning

According to reports, several dozen individuals have been killed by lightning strikes in just two days.

The chances of being killed by a bolt of lightning are incredibly low, yet for residents in Bangladesh recently this unlikely scenario has been playing out over and over again to devastating effect.

Leading Bengali-language newspapers have reported that a total of 64 people have been killed by lighting strikes since Thursday - most of them residing in rural areas.

Factors contributing to this freak disaster are thought to include deforestation across the region and a rise in the number of farmers working out in the open fields using metal tools and equipment.

Lightning strike deaths are not something that the government typically monitors in Bangladesh however after this incident there are indications that this may soon change.

"We will make all efforts so that lightning strikes cannot be that big a threat in Bangladesh," said Mohammed Riaz Ahmed, the country's disaster management chief. - More than 60 killed by lightning in Bangladesh in two days

Botched executions are surprisingly common

7% of all executions in the United States are botched in some fashion. Historically, between 1890 and 2010 in the United States, 276 executions were messed up in some way, sometimes dramatically. One young black teen, who very much appears to have been innocent of the crime he was convicted of, even had to be sent to the electric chair twice. After the first attempt at killing him failed and he had to be brought back to his cell, the subsequent controversy over whether it was legal to try to kill him again brought to light the fact that there really wasn’t much in the way of any evidence against him.

In 2014, four condemned men suffered terrible deaths when their executions by lethal injection did not go as planned. The first, Michael Wilson executed in Oklahoma on January 9, cried out after being injected: “I feel my whole body burning” before he died. Only seven days later, Ohio experimented on Dennis McGuire, using an untested drug combination of hydromorphone and midazolam; his 25-minute ordeal, during which he gasped throughout, was the longest execution in Ohio history. Back in Oklahoma in April, the executioners punctured clear through Clayton Lockett’s vein, with the result that the deadly injection filled his groin tissue. Before officials could completely call off the botched execution, Lockett, who had been writhing in pain, died of a heart attack. Joseph R. Wood III spent two hours violently gasping before he expired. In this case, Arizona officials chose to use the same mixture that worked so poorly on McGuire in Ohio.

Murdered baby may have haunted house

Letter to the editor

I am writing in regard to an article written by Cody Neff last year. It was titled “Area Near Blue Jay reportedly haunted.”

The way I understand was that there had been a coal mine up on the hill to the left on C&O Dam Road. The mine was called Top Seam. The mine had worked out and ceased operation. They had built company houses which they rented to anyone. When I was a baby, my mom and dad rented one of them. This was about 1934.

They hadn’t lived there very long until one night my dad hadn’t gone to sleep yet and he heard something that sounded like you would take an empty coffee can and hold up a grain of corn and drop it in the can. Then what sounded like a baby crying would start. It would go on until it seemed to lose its breath. It would catch its breath and start again for a while.

Dad got up and looked around, but didn’t see anything. It happened again once while my mom was still awake and she heard it also. They moved out soon after that. I do know they heard something. I heard my parents tell about it many times. The story back then was a woman who lived there had killed her infant child by raising a window and placed her baby in the opening. Then she dropped the window on the baby and killed it. I think the house burned soon after that. I know they heard something that was never explained.

Virgin Mary Statue 'Weeping'

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) - A statue of the Virgin Mary in Fresno appears to be weeping. The family who owns the statue calls it a miracle and said it's been happening for a while.

To the faithful, Maria Cardenas said the statue of the Virgin Mary is a blessing. Tears seem to well up in her right eye and stream down her face to her chin.

Cardenas said it's beautiful the way she looks right now. Every tear, she said, is nothing short of a miracle. So she collects them in a glass and shares them with those who find their way to this home.

A lot of people come and they can't believe it, she said, but they come with faith.

"I wanted to come see for myself," said Richard Quintana, neighbor.

Quintana just moved in across the street and he was invited in to take a look, for the first time.

"That's amazing. It takes the words out of my mouth-- like wow. I'm so amazed," said Quintana.

Cardenas said I don't understand why she's doing it but it's something good.

She said the statue was a Mother's Day gift she received 10 years ago almost to the day. But it didn't start weeping, she said until a year and a half ago when her cousin, Jessie Lopez, was murdered.

Sometimes she doesn't cry for weeks or months Cardenas said, but when she starts, she will cry again.

Action News cameras watched one of the tears fall. It was oily and smelled like roses. And another tear immediately started building up.

One man, who didn't want to be identified is the statue's caretaker. He said people have tried to figure it out but have only come up with one explanation.

"We've had priests come from all over to look at her, and all they say is that it's a miracle."

At this house the Virgin Mary statue weeps, or so it seems, for anyone to see, not just the faithful.

"We're not hiding her, but at the same time, we don't want anything to happen to her,' said the caretaker.

The people who live at the house said the door is open to anyone. They don't want to give the address, but if you are invited, you are welcome inside.
