MIB Observed Unloading Crates From Craft
Central Montana, Minnesota - 1993-11-00 - 9:00PM: Mr Erdmann, his father and three family friends were camping at their accustomedhunting camp in the breaks of central montana. Their first day there they found a mutilated cow classic in its bloodless, clean cuts and removal of sexual organs. Reporting this to the owner they were met with hostility. The next day returning in the dark to their camp they saw bright lights in the field and then investigating observed a saucer type craft covered with netting and illuminated with generator lights. The five of them had hunting binoculars and were able to closely observe "men" removing crates from the craft via a landing ramp. The men were dressed in black with black baseball caps. They observed the craft for five minutes and then felt sudden concern for their safety and left hurriedly. Returning to camp they were adverse to discussion of the event and all slept until 09:30 although it was their inevitable custom to arise at 05:00. - MUFON CMS
Doctor: Mom's Prayer Restarted Dead Boy's Heart
When rescuers arrived to Missouri's Lake Sainte Louise on Jan. 19 after reports that three 14-year-old boys had fallen through the ice, John Smith had already been underwater for 15 minutes. The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports he was taken to a hospital with no pulse, and while his companions were treated for hypothermia, staff performed CPR on John for 27 minutes. "He was dead for 45 minutes," Dr. Kent Sutterer tells KSDK. There was a "very poor chance of survival." But when the doctor called John's mom into the room, "she started praying loudly," he says. Adds Joyce Smith, "I don't remember what all I said. But I remember, 'Holy God, please send your Holy Spirit to save my son.' ... All of a sudden I heard them saying, 'We got a pulse, we got a pulse.'"
Today, John's brain function is normal and he's at home walking and talking like any other teenager, KSDK reports. He's getting physical therapy to regain some movement in his hands, but otherwise he's only battling a cough. "After listening to what the paramedics and doctors said I'm pretty surprised at the outcome," John says. Dr. Sutterer, who says John's heart started within "a minute or two" of his mom's prayers, later wrote a note to make sense of the experience. "His heart was jump started by the Holy Spirit listening to the request of his praying mother," it reads. Another doctor adds that "it's a bonafide miracle." John's rescuers from Lake St. Louis Fire and Emergency had practiced ice rescues just days before he was saved. (A 2-year-old recently survived a night outside in freezing temperatures.) - Newser
Bigfoot “unlikely” to be roaming Scotland
Daniel Perez, founder of the Center for Bigfoot Studies, and creator of the Bigfoot Times newsletter, said he was open to the matter but admitted he was sceptical.
Charmaine Fraser, 41, claims to have seen a bigfoot near a disused sandstone quarry during a morning walk with her gran’s dog as a child.
Charmaine said she saw the 7ft black beast with no neck and broad shoulders in Carmyllie in the early 1980s.
Meanwhile, a former civil servant from Fife broke a 10-year silence and reported seeing the beast at the Five Roads roundabout on the A92 in 2005.
Mr Perez said: “What I find interesting is with the development of the internet and websites, there isn’t a place on the planet that doesn’t produce bigfoot sightings.
“Soon, I am certain, we will get reports from both the South and North poles.”
Mr Perez has amassed a huge collection of reports and holds the unique distinction of having been to more alleged bigfoot filming locations than anyone else in the world.
He said he would have to see some good tracks associated with a sighting and credible witnesses.
“I think I have already seen some still or videotaped images of bigfoot from the UK and I can say I am not impressed the least bit.
“Charmaine sounds perfectly on the level in spite of her young age at the time. I am open to the matter, but sceptical.”
Mr Perez first became interested in the bigfoot phenomena at the age of 10 when he saw the pseudo-documentary, the Legend of Boggy Creek in 1973.
In 1979 he founded the Center for Bigfoot Studies and started the Bigfoot Times newsletter.
Mr Perez has written several books on Bigfoot, and although he has never seen the creature himself, what little evidence does exist is enough to convince him that this is no imaginary beast. - The Courier
Harper Lee's 'Go Set a Watchman'
An historic literary event: the publication of a newly discovered novel, the earliest known work from Harper Lee, the beloved, bestselling author of the Pulitzer Prize-winning classic, To Kill a Mockingbird.
Originally written in the mid-1950s, Go Set a Watchman was the novel Harper Lee first submitted to her publishers before To Kill a Mockingbird. Assumed to have been lost, the manuscript was discovered in late 2014.
Go Set a Watchman features many of the characters from To Kill a Mockingbird some twenty years later. Returning home to Maycomb to visit her father, Jean Louise Finch—Scout—struggles with issues both personal and political, involving Atticus, society, and the small Alabama town that shaped her.
Exploring how the characters from To Kill a Mockingbird are adjusting to the turbulent events transforming mid-1950s America, Go Set a Watchman casts a fascinating new light on Harper Lee’s enduring classic. Moving, funny and compelling, it stands as a magnificent novel in its own right.
