Anomalous Images - Coweta County, Georgia

I just received a correspondence in reference to these 2 images. What is the anomaly in the trees? The 'flash' on the it possible that the witness captured the manifestation of a portal or wormhole?

I was driving down Dead Oak Road in Haralson, GA when a wolf ran out in front of me. I stopped and took a bunch of pictures because that was really weird. I didn't get a picture of the wolf, and didn't see anything unusual - just a weird feeling. Then later when I looked at pictures, I had 2 that had unexplained things that I'd like someone's opinion on. BG

  1. I remember going down south to my in-laws and being amazed at random clusters of densely packed Bag-Worm disease in trees. That is the 1st thing that pops in my head. They actually begin to look like sheets of fabric in some areas.
