TALL HUMANOID WITH 'STUMP-LIKE' HEAD

Vitebsk, Belarus - 2000 - night

The witness, Nadezhda G. was walking home alone from work when she was surprised to see a very tall human-like figure approaching in the other direction. She thought at first that it was just a very tall man but when it got closer she realized that it was something completely strange and different. The humanoid figure was at least 3 meters in height, with very broad shoulders and for such a giant of a figure, an unusually small head, devoid of eyes; it resembled a sort of ‘stump’. Its arms were extremely long and seemingly without joints. In the chest area there was a strange glow in the form of spheres and squares. Terrified she watched the bizarre figure disappear into the distance.

VIEQUES ISLAND CREATURE

Cerro Ventana, Vieques Island, Puerto Rico - January 2000 - late evening

Two days after security guards stationed at a local radar site spotted a large luminous disc shaped object with a dome on top descend into the woods; another security guard performing his rounds heard sounds coming from the nearby brush. He also heard what appeared to be a low mumbling sound. Then out of the brush a strange creature appeared. It was about 4 ft tall, thin, with long arms, with a head slightly larger than normal and large black oval shaped eyes. The figure appeared to be encased in a soft greenish glow. The figure walked toward the radar site and walked under some high-tension wires then disappeared into the brush again.

Comments: Location was a highly controversial and political hotpoint because of the US Navy maneuvers conducted in the area for years. The US Navy left the island in the middle of 2003.

BEINGS EMERGE FROM PORTAL

Lujan, Buenos Aires, Argentina - October 2000 - 23:00

The main witness, 11-year old Jonatan accompanied by his two cousins of about the same age were heading to a local house that was the scene of a birthday celebration. All three boys were carrying backpacks and on their way to the house they had to cross a wooded field. The night was clear and there didn’t seem to be anybody else around. The whole area seemed to be strangely quiet which caught their attention. For some reason Jonatan felt unexplained fear and almost did not want to go on.

As they walked on the field they suddenly noticed a bright white light similar to a lantern on one side of the field. Curious and not yet afraid the boys decided to approach the light and see what it was. To their surprise as they approached the light they noticed that it seemed to become bigger, and confused they continued watching the light. Suddenly the boys panicked when they see what appeared to be a ‘door’ become visible within the light and from the door they see four small creatures emerge, which they described as the size of small children. Due to the intense white light they were unable to describe the features or any other details on the creatures or figures. The witnesses could not tell for sure how far away the creatures were, but estimated that they were about 80 to 100 meters away. Terrified and unsure of what to do the boys then notice that the small creatures were walking in their direction. As they watched they noticed that the figures had heads larger than humans. At this point both Jonatan and his cousins decided to run from the area, leaving their backpacks behind.

Terrified the boys did not tell anyone what they had seen. The next day they returned to the spot and found the backpacks opened and their contents in disarray, but nothing was missing. At the location where the light was seen they found the grass flattened forming a circle of about 8 to meters in diameter, the grass was not broken but bent facing the same direction.
